1. Evaluation Period

We offer a 15-day evaluation period so you can try Itineramio without commitment and decide if the service meets your needs.

Evaluation period features:

  • Full access to all features of your plan
  • No credit card required to start
  • No charges during the first 15 days
  • You can cancel at any time without costs
  • At the end, you can contract the plan that best suits your needs

Important: Once the evaluation period ends, you must contract a subscription to continue using the service. Your data and properties will remain saved for 30 days after the end of the evaluation period.

2. Plans and Pricing

We offer different plans adapted to the number of properties you manage:

All prices are in Euros and include VAT. Prices may vary depending on your geographic location due to applicable local taxes.

3. Billing Cycle

We offer two billing options for your convenience:

Monthly Billing

You will be billed the full amount of your plan each month. The charge is made on the same day of the month you contracted the subscription (e.g., if you contract on the 15th, you are billed every 15th).

Semi-annual Billing (6 months)

Save up to 15% by paying in advance every 6 months. The charge is made every six months from the date of contracting.

Example: HOST monthly plan EUR29/month = EUR174 semi-annual. With semi-annual discount (10%): EUR156.60 (saving of EUR17.40).

Billing is always done in advance at the beginning of each period. You will receive an email with the invoice after each successful charge.

4. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods through our secure Stripe platform:

Credit/Debit Cards

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Discover

Other Methods

  • SEPA Direct Debit
  • Bizum (coming soon)
  • Bank transfer (annual plans)

Security: All payments are processed securely by Stripe, PCI DSS Level 1 certified. We do not store credit card information on our servers. Stripe uses SSL/TLS encryption and tokenization to protect your payment data.

5. Automatic Renewal

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period to ensure uninterrupted service.

How automatic renewal works:

  • 1. 7 days before the end of your period, we send you a reminder email
  • 2. On the renewal day, the amount for the next period is automatically charged
  • 3. After successful payment, you receive the invoice and confirmation by email
  • 4. Your subscription continues without interruptions

You can disable automatic renewal at any time from your account settings. When disabled, your subscription will end at the end of the current period and no more charges will be made.

6. Plan Changes

You can change your plan at any time according to your needs. Changes are applied with automatic proration so you only pay for what you use.

Upgrade (Improve Plan)

When upgrading to a higher plan:

  • The change is immediate
  • Credit is calculated for unused time on your current plan
  • That credit is applied to the cost of the new plan
  • You only pay the prorated difference until the end of your billing period

Example: If you are on BASIC (EUR9/month) and switch to HOST (EUR29/month) mid-month, you will be charged approximately EUR10 (difference of EUR20 prorated to 15 days).

Downgrade (Reduce Plan)

When changing to a lower plan:

  • The change is effective at the end of your current period
  • You maintain access to higher plan features until the end of the period
  • From the next period, the new cheaper plan is billed
  • There are no additional charges or penalties

Note: If you have more properties than the lower plan limit, you will need to reduce the number of active properties before the change takes effect.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time without penalties or additional charges.

Cancellation process:

  1. 1. Go to Account Settings - Subscription
  2. 2. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  3. 3. Confirm the cancellation
  4. 4. You will receive a confirmation email

Effects of cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • No more charges are made after cancellation
  • You retain access to all features until the end of the paid period
  • Your data and properties are maintained for 90 days after cancellation
  • You can reactivate your subscription at any time within those 90 days

After 90 days from cancellation without reactivation, your properties will become inactive. Data will be retained according to our Privacy Policy.

8. Refund Policy

Subscription payments are non-refundable except in the following circumstances:

Duplicate Charges

If you are charged twice by mistake, we immediately refund the duplicate charge.

Technical Billing Error

If a technical error causes an incorrect charge, the erroneous amount is refunded within 5-7 business days.

Service Unavailable

If the service is inaccessible for more than 72 hours due to technical problems on our part, you may request a prorated refund for the downtime.

No refund in these cases:

  • Voluntary cancellation before the end of the period
  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the service
  • Non-use of the service during the billing period
  • Suspension for violation of terms of use

To request a justified refund, contact hola@itineramio.com indicating your transaction ID and reason. We process requests within a maximum of 10 business days.

9. Taxes and Invoicing

We comply with all applicable tax and invoicing obligations in Spain and the European Union.

VAT (Value Added Tax):

  • Customers in Spain: Current VAT applies (currently 21%)
  • B2B customers in the EU: VAT applies according to reverse charge mechanism (provide valid VAT-ID)
  • B2C customers in the EU: Destination country VAT according to EU regulations
  • Customers outside the EU: No VAT (0%)

Electronic Invoices:

We issue electronic invoices compliant with Spanish regulations (Law 25/2013). All invoices include:

  • Unique and sequential invoice number
  • Issue date and invoiced period
  • Complete tax data (issuer and customer)
  • Detail of services provided
  • Tax base, applied VAT and total

You can download all your invoices at any time from Account - Billing - History. Invoices are kept for 10 years according to legal requirements.

10. Payment Failures

If a payment fails due to insufficient funds, expired card or other reason, we follow this process:

Immediate Notification

We send you an email informing you of the payment failure and asking you to update your payment method.

Grace Period (3 days)

Your service remains active for 3 days to give you time to resolve the problem.

Automatic Retry

We try to charge again after 3 days. If it fails again, we send another reminder.

Second Retry (7 days)

Last charge attempt at 7 days. If it fails, your account goes to "Suspended" status.

Suspension (after 7 days)

If we do not receive payment, your account is temporarily suspended. You can reactivate it by updating your payment method and settling the outstanding debt.

Important: During suspension, your properties will not be accessible to guests. Reactivating your subscription restores access immediately.

11. Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our prices, but always with transparency and respect for our customers:

Price change guarantees:

  • 30 days advance notice: We will notify you by email at least one month in advance
  • Grandfathering: Existing customers keep their price for at least 6 months
  • Right to cancel: You can cancel without penalty if you disagree
  • Clarity: We will clearly explain the reasons for the price change

Your continued acceptance of the service after notification will constitute your acceptance of the new price.
