2. Description of Services

Itineramio is a SaaS platform that allows owners and managers of tourist accommodations to create, manage and share interactive digital manuals for their guests.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without prior notice.

3. Registration and User Account

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use the Service, you must create an account providing accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

3.3 Email Verification

You are required to verify your email address before you can use all features of the Service. The verification email will be sent automatically when you register.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

4.1 Trial Period

We offer a 15-day evaluation period so you can try the platform. During this period, you will have access to all features of the plan corresponding to your number of properties.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or semi-annually as you choose. Renewal is automatic unless you cancel before the end of the billing period.

4.4 Refund Policy

Payments are non-refundable except in cases established by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

4.5 Plan Changes

You can change your plan at any time from your account panel. Plan changes will be applied immediately with prorated adjustment as applicable.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these terms. This license does not grant you any ownership rights over the Service.

6.3 Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent any part of the Service, or reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code, unless laws prohibit it or you have our written permission.

7. User Content

7.1 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you upload, post or share through the Service, including text, images, videos and any other material ("User Content").

Upon termination of your account, you will lose access to your content and data. We recommend exporting any important information before canceling. We are not responsible for data loss after termination.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws.

Any dispute arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.
